The Breakthrough

Once passengers have passed security, they have time to wait for their flight. It’s a time where they can relax, reflect, work and shop. For those that don’t belong to a VIP Lounge Club, they are relegated to sitting at a prosaic gate…now sitting at the GATE will be SPECIAL. FUSE designed, built and executed the CIBC AVENTURA LOUNGE makeover at Gate D22 at Toronto Pearson International airport. The lounge welcomes CIBC customers, Aventura card holders and all other travelers in Pearson’s T1 domestic sector. Passengers enjoy plush seating, complimentary Next Issue e-magazines, charging stations for devices, surprise and delight services (manicures, massages and shoe shines) as well as an opportunity to relax in one of two state-of-the-art energy PODs and more! Smiling and friendly CIBC Aventura hosts ensure all passengers who visit are treated like a VIP.
The program is supported by social media monitoring of key travel handles and hashtags. Consumers who check-in or post commentary while in the airport are invited to visit the lounge to receive a CIBC Aventura branded gift.
