Softchoice - Go To Lunch

Softchoice, a leading technology solutions provider, had partnered with Sophos, a trusted provider of IT security. Together they offered server security solutions for business clients. Like any business-to-business audience, the key decision-makers were notoriously difficult to reach. FUSE was asked to create a direct mail package that would get their attention when it arrived in their inbox.

FUSE leveraged the insight that IT Managers are often expected to take care of computer issues during the user's lunch break which meant that lunch was often cut short. The direct mail package promised a solution for their security needs that would also give them back their lunch break. An actual lunch box was sent with a simple to-the-point letter and a promotional offer of a $50 gift card for lunch if they called for a meeting with a Softchoice representative.
