FUSE Marketing Group unveils CIBC Aventura Virtual Concierge
Interactive initiative engages and rewards cardholders during peak March Break travel
Toronto, ON. FUSE Marketing Group is unveiling the CIBC Aventura Virtual Concierge, an interactive vending machine that engages and rewards CIBC Aventura cardholders with prizes to enhance their travel experience while travelling through Toronto Pearson airport during the busy March Break period.
The travel experience made easier and more enjoyable
With the swipe of their CIBC Aventura card, the Virtual Concierge engages passengers. After answering a few questions about their travel preferences, they are rewarded with a prize personalized to their travel needs including a chance to win one of two grand prizes worth 500,000 Aventura points - the equivalent to a five night Caribbean Cruise. The Aventura Virtual Concierge initiative was designed to not only raise general awareness of the CIBC Aventura card, but also highlight one of the key benefits of being a cardholder, the recently launched exclusive travel concierge service.The CIBC Aventura Travel Concierge Service simplifies the travel experience by providing cardholders with dedicated access to travel agents who can plan every aspect of their travel itinerary.
“Our Concierge is smart and savvy; it detects people passing by, engages them and is able to capture their reaction,” explained Mr. Weir.“We pushed the boundaries with this execution by equipping our vending machines with an inventory control system and custom façade that offers a personalized reward based on an algorithm. It truly is a virtual concierge that will bring a smile to a traveller’s face.”

Created by a team at FUSE led by CD, Patrick Weir and creative technologist, Marc Pelland, in partnership with CIBC, the concierge was manufactured by Paus+Grün (http://customliving.ca/) and will be located in GTAA Terminal 3 Departures, near Gate B29 March 10 – 13.
